Reporting Scores - For CYO SOCCER

The winning team needs to report the score. (10U teams and younger are not required to submit scores)

Please include the following information:

September 27, 2019 - 14U Girls

Soccerplex #22 - 3:15pm

Including the game ID number is helpful, but not required. 

The following reports must be filled out by the head coaches involved in the reported game. Any other individuals wishing to file a report MUST send their comments/concerns to their Parish Athletic Director to be explained or resolved. Any reports submitted by individuals other than Head Coaches will not be reviewed. The Athletic Director may then forward the report to our office for future consultation if needed.
